Had a pleasant chat with the security guard.
1. The interview invitation was sent very casually, with a time arranged unilaterally without regard for whether you were available.
2. HR did not participate in the interview, and no one explained the company's current situation or benefits throughout the entire interview process.
3. The interviewee information form was outdated, with many inappropriate fields. For example, one-third of the expected salary options were below 22K.
4. The English test was handled very casually: they printed out an original-equipment manufacturer's instrument manual and asked you to translate the entire document, which contained many technical terms.
5. The manager had a poor attitude during the interview, acting arrogant and putting on airs in front of the interviewee. The answers to questions did not address the main points.
If you receive an interview invitation from this company, think carefully before accepting. After the entire interview, I was left with the feeling that my professional expertise was simply not respected.
