Applying for the Assistant Engineer position:
At the beginning, there was a test and some paperwork to fill out.
The test had about 10 questions, including calculations.
There was also a sheet with an English translation test.
The first round was an interview with the staffing agency’s HR representative.
They were easy to talk to and gave a general overview of the pros and cons of the position.
At the end, they also reminded me about inappropriate wording to avoid during the process.
The second round was an interview with the deputy manager.
I personally felt that the executive was easy to get along with.
The interview was relaxed and included some laughter; they asked whether I had relevant professional experience.
The interview process was comfortable, and I was able to ask any questions.
