The interview process is very comprehensive. After filling in the basic information, you have to complete some personality and attention-to-detail tests, followed by practical exercises or Q&A on professional skills.

The entire process is very time-consuming; in my case, it took three hours. Also, because the interview takes place at the very end of the process, you may only discover after the interview that you do not meet the other party’s requirements, meaning you will have wasted a great deal of time.
