Let me start by talking about myself. I just graduated this year, and because I’ve always enjoyed interacting with people, I want to work in sales.
This is also the first job I’ve applied for, so I was very nervous during the interview.
At the beginning, it was more or less the same as what the previous person mentioned: I filled in some basic information and took a test. I finished writing in about 40 minutes, and five minutes later, the interviewer came in. The interviewer may have noticed how nervous I was, so they immediately told me to relax and started chatting with me. We talked about my past school and part-time work experiences, what kind of company culture and environment I liked, why I wanted to move from southern Taiwan to Taipei to look for a job, and my understanding of the information industry. I was really worried that they would ask technical questions and that I would be doomed, but the interviewer said that for a sales position, they don’t really care whether your degree is in the relevant field.
At the end, they very seriously asked me why I wanted to work in sales and what strong motivation I had. When I was asked this question, my mind really went completely blank.
I don’t know what the final result will be, but during the interview, I could tell that the interviewer was a very energetic and approachable person.
I didn’t expect that.
