When you join the company, you will have many questions, including about all the new staff: Why did the entire previous group leave together? These are the questions you have when you first join the company. The work itself is fairly easy—not particularly difficult—and it is an indoor desk job. But why would the company replace everyone with entirely new employees?
I later learned about the company owner's reputation. My colleague and I were dismissed at different times on the grounds that we were unsuitable for the company's positions. If you are looking for long-term employment, I recommend choosing a company carefully. Small companies do not need a reason to dismiss you! By hiring people, having them work for two weeks to a month, and then dismissing them, companies can actually avoid many expenses that they should be responsible for covering on behalf of their employees.
