I was interviewed by an older female HR manager (probably at the supervisory level). She asked somewhat old-fashioned interview questions and was very insistent on knowing the salary conditions at each of my former companies. She also kept trying to get me to reveal the operating procedures of my previous companies.

The salary probably wouldn’t exceed 35K. In the end, applicants had to wait two weeks to find out whether they had been hired.
