Pros

I really can't think of any. I guess I should thank them for not hiring me.

Cons

The interview was scheduled for 2 p.m. There were two receptionists at the entrance, but the company's interior was practically empty and there wasn't much there. Even the paintings hanging in each room looked fake. It was obvious that it was just a reception area that only looked good on the surface. The position was for a low-voltage cabling technician. Upon arrival, I was asked to fill out an information form and take a written test (electrical engineering). If you majored in the field, it probably wasn't too difficult. I could answer some of the simple questions, but I was completely stumped by things like digital logic. Partway through the test, a door opened and a bleary-eyed interviewer came out to interview an applicant who had arrived before me. When it was my turn, an interviewer around 50 years old sternly marked my test, looked over my résumé, and asked me a few questions. In the end, he said, "Your test was written very poorly, and you don't have any relevant work experience. I can only offer you 22k–23k. For a field job where you have to go outside and work under the sun, that's only minimum wage?? I'm speechless @@" A typical banana sweatshop boss. A company that can only offer bananas can probably only hire monkeys to work there.
