廣明實業股份有限公司
Pros
More money than typical traditional manufacturing companies
After all, they all take on orders from TSMC
Cons
If you have connections, nothing is a problem—you can even drink kaoliang liquor in the control room during work.
If you don't have connections, everything is a problem. Press one wrong button.
Even if it doesn't cause the company any losses, they'll tell you to leave immediately.
They can lay you off at any time. If the boss is unhappy, every day feels like your last.
