There are no advantages.....really none......I advise job seekers who are considering interviewing with this company not to waste their time. It really isn’t worth it.

I hope the boss can respect every job seeker and treat every employee well. I also ask the boss to put away the inflated ego and stop acting as though criticizing goods makes one a smart buyer. Honestly, the work environment is basically just a warehouse. I advise all job seekers that if you receive an interview invitation from this company, you can delete it immediately. This company is completely a waste of your time.
