This is based on my personal experience—believe it or not, that’s up to you.
The company and its shareholders are involved in numerous debt disputes, and there is currently an ongoing lawsuit alleging fraud and financial deception.
Employee wages are owed. The company often cites problems with the banking system as an excuse for not paying salaries on time or paying only a small portion.
Staff shortages mean you cannot take leave even when you are entitled to it.
You are expected to be on call 24 hours a day, whether after work or on days off, because working in the food and beverage industry supposedly means you must take responsibility at all times.
Whenever a report or complaint is filed, the company forges documents for reinspection to pretend that it is operating legally.
There is no overtime pay, or they make it difficult for you to apply for it.
The company unilaterally deducts employee bonuses, reduces salaries, or changes salary payment dates without notifying employees in advance. When asked afterward, management merely says that the employee’s performance did not meet expectations and therefore refuses to pay the originally agreed-upon salary. There is no process of consultation or agreement between the employer and employees at all.
The company frequently underreports wages for labor and health insurance purposes.
The boss only knows how to make empty promises, telling you that you will receive several extra months’ worth of year-end bonus pay. So there is no overtime pay or bonuses during the year, and even bonuses promised privately to persuade you to work overtime are never paid. When year-end arrives, they tell you that the company did not make money and that everyone must endure the difficulties together—while the boss and the boss’s wife drive nice cars, live in nice houses, and eat good food themselves.
Whenever something good happens, it is presented as something the company has generously bestowed. Whenever something bad happens, it is always the employees’ fault, no matter what.
The menu also misrepresents the ingredients: they buy lower-grade ingredients and sell them at the price of higher-grade ones. Their claim to use a certain well-known brand of milk is also false. They deceive consumers and treat them like fools. When a customer complaint occurs, they send an employee out to take the blame; once the employee has been scolded, the matter is considered finished.
I also think a company where bizarre incidents happen every day is a once-in-a-century phenomenon. Once you leave this place, everywhere else feels like heaven.
