Pros
What about the money deducted for taking leave? The deductions are very unreasonable. If you no longer want to work at this company, you must notify them one month in advance; otherwise, they will say that your resignation procedures have not been completed and withhold your salary.
Cons
I hope the boss can think about the employees.
