On the day Jing Yang Technology contacted me for an interview, they gave me a consent form for the responsibility-based work system to fill out. In addition to this responsibility-based system, they also said that I would have to work every Saturday, and if the work was not finished, I would have to keep working overtime—it was all part of the responsibility-based system. I indicated that I did not agree, so the company did not contact me again afterward. This action by Jing Yang Technology did not match the “two days off per week” listed on the 104 Job Bank. It violated the company’s principle of integrity. I was misled into attending the interview and even had to spend NT$2,000 on round-trip transportation. The position I applied for was a mold fitter stationed in mainland China.

I hope this company will be a little more honest.
