1. The company’s products are genuinely good; I still use them even after leaving.
2. Occasionally, there are free promotional items available.
1. At department meetings, I don’t understand why everyone has to put loose change into a piggy bank, with each person deciding how much to contribute. Department meals, snacks, and drinks are paid for from that piggy bank (isn’t that essentially the same as paying for them ourselves?).
2. They say there is no overtime, but during business trips, the only time I got to rest in a whole day was while sleeping; the rest of the time was spent working. It was clearly excessive hours, yet they acted as if going on a business trip were an honor. There was no compensatory leave, and whether you went or not was left up to you.
3. The boss and the boss’s wife do things according to their moods. The boss avoids handling or assisting with matters that should be his responsibility, while the boss’s wife is highly emotional. Both of them love to make sudden, arbitrary decisions.
4. Human Resources completely relies on being a long-time employee and shows no managerial presence. They like to scold people indiscriminately and shout around the office as if it were their home.
