Pros

The colleagues are very nice, the office is bright and airy, and that's about it.

Cons

1. The company is unwilling to spend money on improving the system.

2. The boss gets angry very easily because of personal emotions.

3. There is an endless amount of information and paperwork that never gets finished, and even when it is finished, it may not be useful.

4. When assigned as the duty person, besides taking out the trash, you also have to pour water for the boss and tidy her desk. If you don't do it, she gets angry.

5. Whenever there are no orders, you have to constantly endure the boss's mood swings.

6. The performance bonus is not only low (about 0.1%), but is also almost impossible to receive (95% of the time, you don't get it).

7. Even if you meet this quarter's performance target, you still have to make up for the previous quarter's shortfall using this quarter's results.

8. The system is poor. If you suggest improvements to the boss, she only says that improvements cost money (implying that the company hasn't earned "enough" money). She says that the people before you had no problems and that you are the only one with a problem.

9. When the boss sees someone working too efficiently, she keeps piling work on them. In contrast, she is very tolerant of people who work slowly.

10. Sometimes, when the boss's child finishes kindergarten for the day, the babysitter brings the child directly to the company, disturbing the employees' work environment.

11. The boss and her spouse share an office (with a partition), so when they argue, employees have to be especially careful.

12. Although the boss has a separate office area, she keeps the door open to listen to the employees. If she hears a word she dislikes, she immediately corrects you (because it makes her uncomfortable, you are expected to improve the way you speak).

13. All necessary system procedures have to be carried out by her. When asking her to perform an operation, your work efficiency depends on her mood.

When she is in a good mood, she helps you immediately; when she is in a bad mood, she pretends not to hear you.

14. You cannot take more than five days of annual leave at a time (one week); she will be unhappy.

※Finally—the boss made everything sound very good during the interview, including saying that the monthly salary would be adjusted after the probation period. Indeed, it went from 28,000 to 30,300, as if 2,300 were a lot. She also said there would be a “performance bonus,” but the targets for each client are set so high (and this year's targets were raised again even though last year's targets were not met) that it is impossible to receive. She also said, “If you have better ideas, you can bring them up,” meaning: please suggest the ideas I want; I will fully agree with you.

P.S. If you lack your own opinions and are not efficient at work, but can build a good relationship with the boss, this place may suit you.
