Overtime is paid.
The work environment and atmosphere are poor
About 85% of the company’s employees are women
When there’s nothing to do, they just form cliques
If they dislike someone, they frame them
You can be fined over the slightest issue at work
Each fine is between NT$30,000 and NT$100,000
The pay is low too
Someone quits every month
But the company’s rotten apples refuse to leave
They just keep clinging on
When there are work-related problems and you discuss them with your supervisor to seek help
The supervisor always says they’re unable to help
They often wait until things become truly serious before paying attention
But then? When things become serious, the responsibility is often pushed onto subordinates
The supervisor is also afraid of trouble
Whenever a veteran employee deliberately spreads rumors
The supervisor always takes the veteran employee’s side
Even when they clearly know it was the veteran employee’s fault
They are afraid of trouble, so they side with the veteran employee
Every time the veteran employee is in a bad mood, they lose their temper for no reason
They curse at people as if they were dogs
Yet the supervisor still says
“Everyone says they have a temper.
You have to be tolerant of them.
The veteran employee did nothing wrong.
They’re just in a bad mood.”
The supervisor only spouts empty talk
That’s why someone leaves every month
Hardly anyone can stay for long
And they can’t hire anyone
