First, I would like to say to everyone:
(1) If you want to become famous, the road ahead will certainly be difficult. No one can reach the top in a single step, and no one can become an overnight sensation. Please face it patiently, because what you gain over the long term will be the experience you accumulate yourself.
(2) By all means, do not adopt the attitude of “I’m a star, so I’m the most important.”
(3) Punctuality is the most important.
First of all, I am a backstage staff member.
I would like to say to all of you who want to become famous and popular: although this company is not very large, think about it carefully—smaller companies have the following advantages.
(1) You have greater freedom to develop your abilities and contribute to discussions.
(2) You have a higher chance of becoming a veteran employee or manager in the company.
(3) You can learn about interpersonal communication (in some large companies, there is not even room to offer opinions).
The above are things you can learn at this company.
If you have any questions, you can ask me directly, and I will answer you.
These are my reflections after working here for one month.
You must have strong self-restraint and avoid expressing your opinions too openly.
Even if you become a famous streamer today, do not forget that there are still dark horses behind you. Do not become complacent and end up being replaced.
