You get to watch people who talk nonsense make things up as they go (the boss’s wife is very good at acting).
The job description when you join is completely different from what you actually end up doing. Before the interview, they first listen to your aspirations and tell you that they can offer you this kind of position here. But later, the boss’s wife keeps dumping more and more administrative tasks on you—tasks that were not originally supposed to be yours. Eventually, you become someone else’s subordinate or even replacement. The boss’s wife loves putting on an authoritative boss act, verbally humiliates administrative staff, and has an extremely different personality from the one she shows at first. In the beginning, she will desperately beg you; once you have no further use, she will verbally humiliate you. She does not even communicate when handling matters. They love hiring inexperienced young people because they are cheap and easy to deceive.
Within less than a year, five employees left the company.
The turnover rate is extremely high.
I urge capable young people: do not join this company under any circumstances. Don’t be deceived! The key point is that their socks have a whole host of problems. Every time, they make customer service staff lie and tell all kinds of dishonest, conscience-betraying lies. When customers complain about the socks, they say the customers did not wear them properly, coming up with all sorts of explanations. In the end, it is never their own fault. Those explanations are all made up by the boss’s wife herself. In summary, the two people in charge of this company love talking nonsense, currying favor with the powerful, and bullying Hsinchu Logistics delivery drivers when they come to collect goods.
One more thing: young people with ambitions for the future should especially not join this company, because everything here will eventually be handed over to their sons. No matter what you do, there will be no place for you. I have truly never seen such a disgusting company.
