Upon entering, there was not even a reception desk. The options on the application form were very strange, and the interviewer was extremely unprofessional. They even asked whether I was single and whether I planned to get married, expressing concern that I would not stay long. Communication was also very incomplete, making the interviewee come in three times. It felt like they only wanted to appropriate ideas and had no intention of hiring for this position. The internal culture seemed very traditional, and employees are expected to reply to the boss’s messages even in the middle of the night.
