The company culture and way of working are both extremely poor and very inefficient. Don’t assume you’ll learn anything by joining; although it appears to be a foreign company on the surface, its culture and way of working are extremely traditional. It is simply a place that wastes your career and life and makes you feel unhappy.

Moreover, when the company asks employees to leave and is asked to list specific serious violations or reasons for unsuitability, it cannot provide any at all, only saying that the person is simply unsuitable. This is extremely unreasonable, so under no circumstances should you give up your current job or other employment opportunities to come here.
