Before the interview, there is a written test covering English correspondence and a simple quotation, as well as a logic test. Read the questions carefully; there are two logic questions.
After completing the test, it is graded while you wait for the supervisor interview, during which questions are asked based on your résumé. They then ask about personality traits, strengths and weaknesses, and so on.
After asking about your expected salary, they inform you that you will be notified separately if you proceed to a second interview.
The company is very good and sincere toward applicants. There are no real cons xd
