Pros
Once you get the hang of it, the workload isn’t heavy; it’s considered a fairly relaxed job.
Cons
Leave and salary benefits basically follow the Labor Standards Act, but overtime is based on a responsibility system: you can only leave after finishing the work, and it is unpaid.
