Good relationships among colleagues
The boss is someone who is very good at talking things up... but in reality, things are very different.
1. Says they will train you... but only gives you a very vague concept and tells you to work away at it, then makes major revisions at the end.
2. During the interview, said that employees at the company all received bonuses of over 10,000 every month... but in reality, no one received a bonus during my entire time there, and longtime employees had previously received at most 3,000.
Now, about the working conditions:
1. You will absolutely work overtime every day. Leaving after seven is considered early... and often rushing proposals means working until the early hours of the morning.
2. You often have to support activities or work overtime at the company on holidays.
3. Many things are often held up because the boss and the boss's wife do not have time to handle them, so everything gets stuck and delayed further and further.
Previously, I worked an average of 13 hours a day. Of course, there was no overtime pay. After I resigned, I worked overtime on holidays for about five or six days, and the company even said that it did not count.
Snacks in the pantry are deducted from employees' salaries.
Currently, the most senior employee at the company has been there for just over two years; everyone else has been there for less than a year.
Salary increases are also very small; even senior employees earn less than 40,000.
