I guess the work isn’t very flexible.
It’s not suitable for people who have low stress tolerance or who aren’t quick with their hands and aren’t detail-oriented. Most importantly, you’ll need to get used to the ink smell—it’s very strong.
Basically, you have to learn how to operate every machine in the factory. At the beginning, you start as a printing assistant.
