When it's quiet, it's pretty quiet.
You can do your own things.
A certain M boss treats you outright as if you were a prophet.
They don't tell you in advance what needs to be done.
Then, when something happens, they'll blame you for it.
They'll say they don't have time and are very busy, and that employees should figure things out for themselves.
There's no planning in how things are done—just lots of self-righteous “I think this is really fun.”
They work employees to the bone and exhaust them completely.
The employees they hire leave one by one, driven away by frustration.
They'll even compete with the planners over proposals.
Utterly boring.
And they have absolutely no respect for professional expertise.
The boss's so-called communication is all about steering your views until they're the same as theirs,
not listening to employees' thoughts.
So basically, communication is impossible.
They hire people simply to highlight their own sense of superiority.
The good name of Uncle A-Tong really only lasted as long as Uncle A-Tong was around.
