I can’t think of any, because I canceled the interview.

Before the interview, they send you a standardized résumé form. Eighty percent of it asks for information that’s already on 104, and then they also ask about your parents’ jobs and dates of birth, your national ID number, address, household registration… monthly salary, annual salary, zodiac sign, height, weight, bonuses, benefits, and other things that are none of their business.

They just don’t ask what skills you have or what your career plans are. Since I’ve been working for a while, I really can’t accept this kind of interview screening process. Usually, there isn’t much room for development at companies like this.

But I was also afraid I might have misjudged them, so I searched on Google and Bing—and sure enough, the reviews were overwhelmingly terrible. Thanks to everyone who gave warnings; canceling was the right decision.

I advise everyone: if a company asks a bunch of irrelevant questions but doesn’t ask about your expertise, and much of what they ask is already listed on your 104 profile, don’t go.

The company is fundamentally rotten.
