Although the workload is too heavy to make small talk, every colleague is very friendly, with no workplace suspicion or anything like that. The junior supervisor is also friendly and patient, and provides a great deal of help to inexperienced colleagues.
1. The boss and his wife are very unpleasant and completely lack the demeanor they should have.
There is no overtime pay for working overtime on regular days, and no pay or compensatory leave for working overtime on holidays.
After being fined by the Labor Bureau for overtime pay and working hours, they once said they would improve overtime pay, but it is uncertain whether this is true.

2. The office is only large enough to accommodate 13 team members, so regardless of the number of clients,
only 13 people can shoulder everything together. Everyone works for the greater good and pushes through the busy season.
3. Most clients are travel agencies, which provides limited added value to one’s future résumé. In addition, many clients have been spoiled.
For business tax matters, they often do not gradually send the materials until the 12th, and it even happens that we are still waiting for documents on the 15th.
