The interviewer was arrogant.

After I stated my salary and compensation expectations, they sarcastically said things like, “So you were able to accept a lower figure before—why can’t you now?”

In the end, the salary they offered did not meet my requirements at all. It was also below the market rate—very low.

A typical company that wants to hire people for monkey wages; it is not a company that gives talented people room to grow.

Overall, the company does not have a clear development goal. It simply started out, made some money from advertising, and then opened a company.
