No pros
The boss likes hiring people with no experience, preferably those without a relevant academic background, so she can order them around. She will also ask you to handle her personal matters, even on holidays. When she assigns you something and you do as instructed, she says you don’t use your brain or put in any thought; when you do more, she scolds you for doing so much! All day long, she treats giving you this job as charity, saying, “I’m giving you an opportunity—make sure you take advantage of it. Bring your brain to work.”
The boss’s mother is going through menopause, and you also have to soothe her emotions.
