Interview
The interviewer had a very good attitude and was easy to talk to.
The company’s policies and job responsibilities were explained very clearly, and all questions were answered.
The supervisor also joined the discussion to talk about salary.
Regardless of whether you are hired, you will be notified within about two weeks.
Depending on the position, there may be a hands-on test.
Work
Most of my colleagues were quite nice.
If necessary, even colleagues from different departments
would still give newcomers work-related advice and some assistance.
There is also room for discussion regarding areas where the company needs improvement.
For a newcomer, the workload is quite substantial.
However, working here lets you truly understand the saying, “The greater your ability, the greater your responsibility.”
As a result, senior employees may sometimes be stricter toward newcomers.
They also may not have the time or patience to teach you slowly and wait for you to become familiar with the work.
There can also be some emotional pressure at work.
You need to be able to properly adjust your own mood and emotions.
In addition, the company is developing and moving at a very fast pace.
The process of working hard to keep up can also bring a stronger sense of frustration.
