The process was very quick.
Salary system:
During the probationary period: NT$26K; upon official appointment: NT$22K–24K; reserve management trainee: +NT$15K
Leave system:
Shift-based
Evaluation system:
No specific method was explained,
but evaluations will definitely be related to performance and the sales volume of key products!!
If the company says you have not met the target,
there is a possibility of being transferred or demoted~~
Those who care a lot about their salary
need to pay attention to this major issue!!
I got a glimpse of the recording-pen culture that the predecessors mentioned,
during this interview.
Although I had agreed to go for an on-site internship,
more interview invitations came in,
