Although this is a company in a very new field, the boss’s thinking is still stuck in the past ten or twenty years. Whenever they see young people, they launch into harsh criticism of the so-called “strawberry generation.” Working hours are from 1:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with only a half-hour break in between, and there are only six days off per month. They even say that the company is very willing to pay as long as you work hard, but they keep making empty promises and do not dare to provide standard benefits. They ask interviewees which parts of the job posting need to be changed, then say that because the pay is high, there will not be many days off. They just want to exploit young people, right?
