1. The office is very beautiful; the entrance, desks and chairs, and meeting rooms are all refined and comfortable.
2. The HR representative and technical supervisor were both gentle and friendly, making it a very pleasant interview.
3. The company is currently expanding and preparing to move to a larger office, so things should be going well.
4. There is no need to clock in or out; just keep roughly to your hours and avoid exceeding them by too much.
5. Annual leave is calculated proportionally from the date of employment, and paid sick leave is also provided. The leave benefits are better than those required by the Labor Standards Act.
1. Almost all the employees are men, which may be a drawback for some people? Haha...|||
2. The risks and shortcomings common to start-up companies—resources, systems, operational conditions, and so on—are best left for friends with actual work experience to share.
