雷格斯股份有限公司
Pros

The company has alcohol available to drink. The overall environment is small but fairly open, and employees are approximately 25–35 years old.

Cons

As soon as you exit the elevator, you’re in the smoking area.

I really don’t understand the point of setting it up in a place everyone has to pass through.

The front-end engineer interview questions can be open-book,

but they won’t tell you that.

They also only take a cursory look at your work.

The person interviewing you won’t be someone who understands front-end technology either,

because the company simply doesn’t have anyone like that.

The app was previously outsourced,

and they’re only now starting to bring its development back in-house.

Simply put,

if you’re a recent graduate with no experience,

there’s basically no one to mentor you.

You need to have a strong stomach.

As for the salary,

a newly graduated front-end developer starts at around 30K in the first month.

After that, your salary will be adjusted based on “performance.”

Performance is based on the progress of your work.

In other words, if you don’t have much experience and no one mentors you,

you may very well remain at only 30K.

And you’re expected to know both Android and iOS.

Overall,

if you have experience, you should be able to do fairly well (with annual salary adjustments),

but if you’re a recent graduate,

think twice.

Don’t assume that being a startup makes a company cool.

What startups are best at is painting grand visions.

Oh, and don’t call the personal phone number on anyone’s business card at this company.

I don’t know why,

but when you call, they’ll ask you not to call again.
