A traditional industry; a company that makes a normal profit; six months of sick leave without salary deductions.
The leave arrangement is only disclosed during the interview. Administrative assistants have to take turns working on Saturdays (with Sundays and Mondays off), and also take turns either working until 6 p.m. on weekdays or starting work at 7 a.m., because inventory checks are required.
Since there is no warehouse staff, employees must check the goods before drivers leave for deliveries.
Regardless of experience or qualifications, everyone is offered a fixed salary; whether it will be adjusted later depends on performance.
No menstrual leave.
