There don't seem to be any; everything is just so-so.

At first, the company gives you a very good impression and everything seems relaxed, but later you realize that the company does not want you to become too close with your colleagues.

There are many miscellaneous tasks at a small company, which have to be shared between administration and accounting. You have to find ways to handle and research everything yourself, and tasks are constantly thrown at you (for example, an administrative assistant is expected to know how to make posters).

The company always thinks it is right. Whenever someone is unhappy, it does not believe anything employees say and treats them with suspicion.

The job posting said there were bonuses paid three times a year, but that is basically a lie—they are given depending on the company's mood. An annual bonus is provided, but that also depends on the company's mood.

Overall, I do not recommend this company.
