2. Colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

1. A small company with mediocre profitability. It likes to make grand promises, but they are difficult to fulfill. The pay it can offer is also mediocre—enough to make a basic living.
2. The benefits system is far from ideal. The approach is to save wherever possible, and everything depends on the upper management's decision.
3. Overtime is treated as a test and an opportunity for your growth, with no overtime pay. I do not mind working overtime occasionally, but upper management's attitude is clear.
4. Although it has its own products, its main focus is still on project development.
