Salary is adjusted every month (though I left before making it that far).
The higher the salary, the greater the proportion made up by perfect-attendance bonuses. The turnover rate is far too high, and one person is expected to do the work of several. You’re expected to get the hang of everything on your first day; if you don’t, you’ll be verbally abused relentlessly! The boss has a bad temper. At first, they deliberately show concern and so on to keep people from leaving, but after a while they become irritable and will throw things. This kind of atmosphere has caused the senior employees to become much the same (and there aren’t many of them anyway).
They’re severely understaffed; all the employees have run away.
Brave souls are welcome to give it a try 😂
