Pros
A company that grew up suckling on the nation's milk still hasn't been weaned to this day.
Cons
A place run by personal connections, where an employee's value is determined by likability and relationships. If you have connections, you have connections; if you don't, you can work like a beast of burden and no one will sympathize with or pity you.
