The working environment at the Changchun branch (excluding the people) is fairly comfortable and clean. The store carries many brands, which on average are high-end brands. Days off are available.
Old-fashioned family-run management practices; they always feel that employees are not working and that performance is poor. The workday is 11 hours, and the base salary is approximately 25,000–28,000. They paint an overly rosy picture, telling you that if sales are good, the bonus will be substantial—for example, that earning 50,000 a month is no problem. In reality, even after meeting the targets, you get at most a few thousand more than the base salary. Regardless of whether it is individual or team performance, you basically cannot reach that level of pay. In addition to the poor compensation, the company gives you many miscellaneous tasks to do during working hours, such as handling the bosses’ personal matters. The store’s seemingly good atmosphere is only superficial; behind the scenes, it is very toxic. Also, because the store is not in a busy commercial district, there are very few passersby. Basically, no more than 10 people enter the store in a day. Finally, this industry requires more than five years of accumulated experience, along with a great deal of self-study. Those interested are advised to look for other stores and work hard—do not waste your valuable time at this terrible store.
