Only getting worse

The boss periodically goes berserk and angrily berates employees, treating anyone who offers advice as a sycophant. There are no benefits or bonuses, and you can forget about a year-end bonus. Even when it is unbearably hot, employees are not allowed to use the air conditioning. If you work there, you need to be prepared for heatstroke. On top of that, the boss and other male employees smoke so much that you feel like you are about to get lung cancer. If you want to live a few more years, I suggest thinking about your health.
