No advantages

Three or four people were interviewed at the same time. We had to fill out four full pages of standardized forms, including whether we were currently involved in any labor disputes, whether we were currently pregnant, contact information for the supervisor from our previous job, expectations for future work, and so on. It felt like HR had invited us to an interview out of boredom. The experience was very unpleasant and a waste of time.
