天朗文化事業有限公司
Pros

1. There are not many employees; I estimate there were four people in the office, creating a very relaxed atmosphere (supposedly because the boss is rarely around. When the boss is there, it’s a completely different situation: everything is rushed, and it’s normal for work not to be finished properly—if you can accept that, then it’s fine.)

2. The supervisor said there are many opportunities for assignments in China. For example, they are about to be transferred there, which is why they are looking for someone to take over—because there is no one else...

3. The employees are all very young, and this seems to be most of their first or second job. The interviewer was also very proud of becoming a supervisor at such a young age, so there is a lot of potential...

4. They will advise you not to take your work too seriously, taking workload and performance into consideration, so that you don’t end up unable to stay there.

5. They will remind you not to work too efficiently, lest someone report that you are always browsing the internet, chatting, or doing personal errands. Such a thoughtful reminder.

6. The interviewing supervisor has a lot of ideas and will give you “her personal advice,” while constantly warning you about how bad her former employer was. You really have to be careful... How thoughtful of her, right?!

7. The interviewing supervisor supposedly has an impressive background and was well regarded at her previous company. Unfortunately, despite being capable, she had a bad temper, creating chaos for the boss and colleagues before making a stylish resignation.

Cons

1. We didn’t discuss salary, and I wasn’t particularly interested in discussing it either, haha.

2. I felt very upset after the interview because I received a lot of advice unrelated to my work experience or skills.

3. I had never considered psychological counseling, but after being inexplicably forced to undergo an analysis of my personality and receive a series of recommendations, I felt I should probably make an appointment for counseling...
