The interviewer seemed like they were looking for someone to do their homework. As soon as I went in, they started asking all kinds of questions about my work experience, opinions, methods of operation, and hands-on experience and views, etc. They did not introduce themselves or explain the job at all. Afterward, they said, “I’ve finished my questions. Do you have any questions?” Then they told me to hand my résumé to the front desk. As soon as I left, I immediately ran into the next interviewee. It felt like they had scheduled one person per hour, perhaps calling each person in to ask about industry secrets. I wonder if anyone else has encountered this kind of situation. It was awful.
