Pros
The only possible advantage is that you don't have to clock in.
Cons
Basically, the company has no base salary.
If you choose to have a base salary, it's probably around 21,000, plus about 1,500 for perfect attendance. The point is, if you don't achieve 400,000 in sales, deductions will be made, so it's simply not worth it. There is no labor or health insurance; consider it yourself~ haha
