1. Small company — there is a high degree of freedom (if you have a legitimate reason to go out for work-related matters, you can just tell your supervisor and go).
2. The company provides free tea, drinks, and snacks.
1. There are no systems, and the rules that are established are often repeatedly broken, making them effectively meaningless.
2. Forcing employees to rotate positions or assigning them additional workloads without their consent (and without a pay increase).
3. Workloads are distributed unevenly.
4. The company has few employees, but the atmosphere is very poor (it feels like the employees do not get along with one another).
