The period of employment was too short to comment.
Although I left immediately after working for only one week, I will still share what I observed for everyone’s reference.
1. The surveillance cameras monitor what employees are doing.
2. On my first day, after seeing the company’s performance, I honestly wondered how it was able to stay in business.
3. Before I had worked five full business days, the boss said I was unsuitable for the position and asked me to leave, saying that my abilities were not a good fit. During my first two days, I handled the company’s administrative handover; during the following three days, I handled channel sales, packed and shipped goods, managed product listings and delistings on the platform, and was told to harass the other party’s contact person. (It would be great if harassing them were actually useful!) Apparently, they expected to be able to tell how capable I was after just one week.
If you want to harass a contact person, you still need to have something to offer them. What is the point of making a first introduction when nothing has even been prepared properly? Why call the other party’s contact person? Even making a phone call should have a purpose!
4. The handover process was very problematic. Coworkers would only tell you that they were unsure, and when you asked questions, they would give you incorrect answers and mislead you.
Overall, the company needs someone on a godlike level to save it. Ordinary people will only get humiliated there~
