Pros
You can eat and work freely during working hours, and leave on time. If you want a stable job to coast toward retirement, it may be worth considering.
Cons
When issues arise, the factory and upper management respond quite slowly, and efficiency... There are doubts about future prospects... I have encountered supervisors who inappropriately touched people; women, please think twice...
