The company environment is clean and attractive
1. They keep saying they provide training, but in reality they just expect you to read the website on your own. Then, if you don't explain things the way they want, they keep saying you failed the assessment. Without providing complete training or giving anyone a chance to improve, they simply say that you're not suitable.
2. The company wants to bring in people who are quick thinkers, but its management system is too rigid. Even people with agile minds end up being stifled. No matter how professional or capable you are, you cannot develop your expertise here.
3. The company wants to expand its workforce, yet it dismissed dozens of people within a year. Is the problem with the company itself or with the employees? Let's continue watching and see.
