Pros
The boss and his wife are very easy to get along with and are extremely generous and friendly toward employees.
They don’t pressure you to learn many things all at once, giving you time to learn gradually.
They don’t really micromanage what you do at work—as long as you get things done properly.
Overtime is very rarely required; the workload is reasonable, and employees leave and arrive on time.
