1. The company environment is comfortable, bright, and has a sense of design.
2. The company is willing to train people who have studied a design-related major.
1. There is severe infighting within the company. Colleagues are petty; they treat each other courteously on the surface but badmouth one another behind each other’s backs.
2. Some senior employees, including the designers, have severe double standards: they are strict with others but lenient with themselves. Junior employees are left with no choice but to be bullied.
3. Task assignments are unclear. Senior employees sit at the reception desk chatting and dump tasks that should be done on a rotating basis onto others. Those who do not dare speak up can only resign themselves to doing them.
3. There are many sycophants around the boss who create an image of themselves as serious by defaming those who disagree with them. Even if you complain to the boss, they will not listen to you.
